We pride ourselves on providing families and residents with a certain level of comfort before, during, and after the transitioning process. During your initial tour you are welcome to view the entire facility. Walk through the resident rooms, talk with our trained and qualified staff, try our delicious home cooked food, explore the gymnasium, relax in our guest lounge area, visit our outdoor gazebo and koi pond, and so much more! We promise that you will not leave our facility with any doubts or reservations.

Meet Our Team

A unique staff of professionals including a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and experienced caretakers

At Life's Promise PCH, our team is the best around! We have a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner that works in conjunction with Primary Care Physicians in order to provide the highest quality of care, 24/7. This means that you are able to keep a PCP of your choice while also receiving the medical opinion of our CRNP. We will not bill your insurance for this service. The rest of our highly trained staff assists residents with day-to-day tasks that they may have trouble completing themselves.

Our team is much more than caregivers, they are companions. When you meet any member of our staff you will see that they truly care about each resident. Not only will your loved ones be taken care of, they will always have someone to talk with and to explore any of the facilities amenities with.

“We cannot praise Becky, Jim and the rest of the staff enough for providing the extraordinary care that they did for my grandmother. They always went above and beyond to make sure she had the best care around. They were always on top of things and communicated with my family. Their food was always prepared with love and care for their patients. We are forever thankful for their service and care, as they exceeded all of our expectations of care for my grandmother.”
